So I'm doing this business management project for my advanced higher dissertation. Its on my dad's Online Consultancy Business - Uneed2.com . I have to investigate and analyse it - identifying a possible strategy to implement with intentions to improve sales. He wants me to take over the entire business (which im actually considering) in order to apply for a grant which would be used to market the Organisation to a new student market and to forgien speaking european countries (this would involve translating the mass amount of guides my dad has produced). A very daunting task you might say, however it is very exciting.
